~ Potato crusted Asian Sea Bass with white wine sauce, fried capers and bacon served with asparagus.
~ Aged Filet Mignon with beer blanc sauce, garlic roasted fingerling potatoes and broccoli
~Rosemary Lemon Chicken with a rosemary beurre blanc sauce, caramelized mushroom and onion risotto and asparagus
~ Cheesy Stone Ground Grits with Sauteed Shrimp, mushrooms, andouille sausage, onions and garlic deglazed with beer.

"Cause Nights" 

We continue to host non-profit groups for "Cause Nights" where they promote attendance in exchange for the Inn & Restaurant donating 20% of the evenings (non liquor) proceeds. Often the host group also provides the wait staff, generating the "tip pool" (historically about 18%) in addtion. Guests simply select this specific evening to dine, the "Cause" group earns...
