Broccoli Casserole
Casserole or Individual Ramekins
From "Chef Tom's" home kitchen
1 Package frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 Cup Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 Cup grated sharp cheese
1 Egg well beaten
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon grated onion
Salt & Pepper
Cook broccoli for 5 minutes. Drain well. Combine broccoli and the next 5 ingredients. Season lightly. Place in casserole dish or individual (oven safe) ramekins.
Bake at 400' for about 20 minutes.
Let cool for a few minutes to firm.
