Smoked Salmon Lasagna

2 lbs (about) Premium Smoked Salmon
1 lb Cream Cheese, room temp.
1/3 Medium Red Onion, finely chopped
cup Capers, chopped
4 Large Hard Boiled Eggs, finely chopped

1.Line a medium loaf pan with parchment paper, bringing the paper up the sides of the pan.
2.Start the layers w/salmon on the bottom. Slice cream cheese and press with fingers to fit over salmon.
3.Top w/chopped onions. Place another layer of salmon followed by another layer of cream cheese.
4.Top w/chopped capers and egg.
5.Finish w/a layer of salmon.

Place a piece of parchment paper to cover the top of the lasagna.
Put another loaf pan on top and place something in the empty pan to add some additional weight (like 1 lb of dried beans?). Refrigerate overnight.

To unmold, remove the top loaf pan. Remove top parchment paper. Place serving plate over lasagna and turn upside down. Remove bottom parchment paper. Cut as desired with sharp knife while lasagna has a chill.

Serve with your favorite party crackers. (We used Carrs Water Crackers)
