We had another excellent weekend at the Restaurant and Inn- A special thanks to this weeks “Guest Sous Chefs”- Ji & Ben. We spent the weekend in the kitchen learning how to prepare quick and elegant meals at home- then trained for a busy night helping out at the restaurant. Ben has become a Shrimp and Grits expert- only matched by Ji’s ability to product delicious and beautiful Berry Crepes for our Easter Sunday Brunch!
